Microsoft bought Nokia for $7.2 billion, that less than Skype which it bought at $8 billion. Compare it Motorola that was bought at $12.
Was it long planned?
When every devices were pullingout Android versions of movile devices, I was eagerly waiting for Nokia to have a android version. Few friends joked me, since it has its own is Sybian. But, once the os started to fade, which could be easily forcasted Nokias new ceo ( who came from Microsoft) goes for windows phone. It didnt pullout a single version of andriod phone.
It looked so impractical, if Nokia had gone for it, they could surely have a height. But they go for closed souce os instead. Slowly the share value dsreased.
Microsoft ceo retiring, Nokia ceo ( formal microsoft ) emplyoee being back to microsoft. Cannot just be coincedent.
Finland musy hate microsoft.
